Our Founder and Principal Consultant, Jillian Beck, is a strategic HR leader with over 20 years of cross-functional business experience and 12+ years leading people operations. She brings deep expertise in HR systems, total rewards, M&A integration, and human-centered organizational design. With an MBA and SPHR certification, Jillian has built and scaled people strategies across healthcare, aviation, manufacturing, and high-growth industries.
At Hucent, she helps companies align systems, structure, and people to grow with clarity and intention.
Our history
Hucent was launched in 2025 as the evolution of Modern Solutions HR, a boutique consulting firm founded in 2020. After partnering with several high-growth organizations under the Modern Solutions name, it became clear there was a need for something deeper — a consultancy grounded in strategy, scalability, and human-centered design. Hucent builds on that foundation with a renewed focus: helping businesses grow with clarity, structure, and systems that honor both people and performance.
