Our Co-founder and Principal Consultant, is a strategic HR leader with over 20 years of cross-functional business experience and 12+ years leading people operations. She brings deep expertise in HR systems, total rewards, M&A integration, and human-centered organizational design. With an MBA and SPHR certification, Jillian has built and scaled people strategies across healthcare, aviation, manufacturing, and high-growth industries.
At Hucent, she helps companies align systems, structure, and people to grow with clarity and intention.
Lee Ann Arbogast
Lee Ann Arbogast is a seasoned HR executive with 30 years of leadership experience across healthcare, financial services, homebuilding, and private equity-backed companies. Known for her integrity and human-centered approach, she has guided organizations through restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, and cultural transformations with clarity and compassion. A natural builder of strong teams, Lee Ann balances organizational goals with employee well-being, fostering trust and collaboration.

Our history
Hucent was launched in 2025 as the evolution of Modern Solutions HR, a boutique consulting firm founded in 2020. After partnering with several high-growth organizations under the Modern Solutions name, it became clear there was a need for something deeper — a consultancy grounded in strategy, scalability, and human-centered design. Hucent builds on that foundation with a renewed focus: helping businesses grow with clarity, structure, and systems that honor both people and performance.
